*The “Classic” Financial Hearings

We help you organize a financial hearing of your quarterly report, press conference or capital market day. We frequently hold our events at the Opera Terrace in Stockholm, since it is located within walking distance from the capital’s financial quarter and because we have an established relationship with them. A financial hearing can naturally also be organized from your office or other location.

We handle everything needed for the meeting including planning, invitations, marketing, premises, PA systems and livestreaming, as well as storage of web transmissions, integrated telephone conferences and providing moderators and refreshments. In other words, we assume turnkey project management responsibility for the entire event. We offer a neutral platform for companies where the target groups are analysts, managers, investors and business journalists.

Web transmission:

The web transmission is streamed live and stored for an unlimited number of viewers for three years.

A single-camera production with the required sound and lighting equipment.
Player with synchronized PowerPoint support and chapter-divided transmission.
Viewer statistics divided into live and post-transmission.
Possibility for viewers to ask questions via the web transmission.
Possibility for registration function to provide access to the web transmission.

Possibility to tape an elevator pitch (brief web-transmitted interview with the president) directly connected to the meeting.

Distribution can be offered to websites including the company’s own website, Financial Hearings, Affärsvärlden, Nordnet, Privata Affärer, Veckans Affärer and Thomson Reuters.

In connection with your quarterly report and press releases, we help you to organize a telephone conference that can also be monitored online as an audio transmission.

To be able to hold a presentation, you only need access to a teleconferencing telephone. As project manager, we handle: planning, invitations, marketing, livestreaming and storage of the audio transmission and integrated telephone conference.

Audio transmission:

The audio transmission is streamed live and stored for an unlimited number of listeners for three years.
Player with audio, stills of the speaker, synchronized PowerPoint support and chapter-divided transmission.
Listener statistics divided into live and post-transmission.
Possibility for listeners to ask questions via the audio transmission.
Possibility for registration function to provide access to the audio transmission.

 

*Telephone conference: The teleconference is integrated in  a full Financial Hearing but you could also use the telephone conference as a base at the meeting with the possibility to ask questions.

*Small Cap Days 

This product is directed at small-cap and mid-cap companies that may have difficulties generating sufficient attention on their own. This is a full-day event at the Opera Terrace, with about a dozen participating companies. The day is sector-based to help generate increased interest in the companies.

The participating companies hold a 20-minute presentation of their company. The presentation is followed by a ten-minute question session hosted by a journalist or analyst. It is filmed/streamed and uploaded to each website complete with audio, images and PPT presentation. Please feel free to view one of our streamed presentations at www.financialhearings.com.

The target group comprises analysts, professional investors, the financial media and active private investors.

This product is also based on our successful small-cap day. It is directed at small-cap companies that may have difficulties generating the desired attention for their quarterly report on their own. The aim of the model is to facilitate the report flows for players in this market by organizing a one-day program for companies publishing their quarterly reports on the same day.

The basic idea behind the iR Global League system is that it offers information on all types of financial events. It was founded by IIRF, the International Investor Relations Federation, to avoid clashes between the financial events of various companies. The aim is to facilitate planning for capital market stakeholders.

The company’s financial event can be booked and planned in the system one year in advance.
